- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Unless he compressed his video in H264 using Virtualdub that dos not aply.Scintilla wrote:Also, check the link in my sig for how to compress your audio and save tons of space.
I love the Tachikoma's. And its funny to see something like this pop up again in a while. But... You kinda messed your compression up video aswell as audio. Not to mention that GITSSAC is NOT 4:3 but infact is 16:9 aka Widescreen. Also the repeated use of the same source was also a issue. Other then that I was amused by the YMCA section...

What do you mean? You can use VirtualDub(/Mod) to mux an MP3 audio stream with an H.264 video stream in an AVI no matter what program you used to compress the video stream -- if you managed to get it into an AVI, then you can always use "Direct stream copy" on the video.Niotex wrote:Unless he compressed his video in H264 using Virtualdub that dos not aply.Scintilla wrote:Also, check the link in my sig for how to compress your audio and save tons of space.

Sure it does. x264 is video only, and the audio here is uncompressed PCM.Niotex wrote:Unless he compressed his video in H264 using Virtualdub that dos not aply.Scintilla wrote:Also, check the link in my sig for how to compress your audio and save tons of space.
As for the video, it was an interesting concept. However, it fell a bit flat. I'm going to chalk much of this up to source limitations.
