The effects were quite good, but it reminds me of a certain amv, that I won't exactly point out at the moment. But you have probably watched. I'm guessing you got some inspiration from that.
Overall, I'd say it's getting there, a few little bugger things, but I agree with Shinodude, a different song probably would've made me like your amv more.
