Okay, just watched it.
Well, there are some Major things I would like to mention. First thing is that the visual quality of the Macross parts was quite low, even though one noticed some work on it. I think I saw serveral broken frames in the first Macross part. Another bad-point is, that the video does not start with a black-screen.
Considering the parts (I will just go by anime and do not concentrate on every part).
Beebop: Really solid work, not to flashy. I liked it quite a lot and would probably identify with it most.
Karas: Overkill. Best quality of all. Nice and not too striking fxs and nice atmospheric scene-selection. *up*
Wolf's Rain: Considering you latest works Alex, I thought for one sec "Those parts have too few fxs" O_o. Well nice sync as iot is known from you. Not very emotional, rather a cold part (yes I do know it is wolf's Rain). Not bad at all, just not my cup of tea editingwise
.
Full-Metal-Panic: *Grrrr* I couldn't stand this permanently repeating colourfull flashing. Man, I was getting eye-cancer here... I would have prefered scene-internal sync here or something different, but just this flashing bars and corners were bad. Did not really like it, sorry.
Appleseed: Well njot my fave-anime, but nice part here. Really good work on it. Did not recognize anything bad by just watching the video. Quality and sync is okay, so another *up*
Gits: Well these parts were really fitting, since the song is the opening-song to the anime. I can't complain. Nice Batou portrait and good work on the anime and all.
