  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

When I was looking at the list of videos before I got my DVDs and saw this on the list.. I thought to myself, "This vid better be good, and if it is, it'll be my top favorite video in this contest"

and so.... it was

awesome job with this one :)

Lol but that being said (and rather tongue in cheak  ) It was a very stylish and rhythmatic music video! Nice job, it deserved the award it got.
Less Story means more room for Action. :P

Understandable that certain effects don't work as good as others with different people. I wanted to make sure the effects were of a similar theme but looked unique as well, but that might cause some to stand out more than others in a good or bad way.

Then it got BETTER!

5/5
Ironic you mention that because that sound really didn't stand out to me until I hit it with the sword scene. That really accented it and made it stand out from the other audio.

I agree. This was the first vid where my concept was concentrated more on following the beats and lyrics rather than making a flowing story out of them. But there are different kinds of action out there, so as long as it worked I ran with it.

Thanks alot man. Glad the vid came through for ya. My main focus was making absolutely sure that the vid kept up with the pace of the song.

Thanks to everyone who's watched it so far!

Totally awesome. I've been hooked on it ever since I saw it at AWA. Awesome synching, and I loved the effects. Definitely one of your best videos. Nicely done. :D

Yeah you know I think this video is pretty shmexy. Seems less effects-y than your other stuff, and all the internal synch was awesome. It helps to show your range as an editor, so yeah, good stuff :D

Hehe, I really have to say this video needed time to conquer my mind. After watching it nearly 20 times it started to grow faster and faster. And now I slowly get why people like this video, it's pretty damn awesome. So yeah, I like it quite much. :)
