Didn't they abolish categories altogether in the Connichi contest? I'm surprised a non-comedy could win.

A very good video as expected, I liked the epic feeling in it. Maybe if I knew the anime I could appreciate it even more.

they split the contest they showed some "best" ( like best dance, best fun, best metal and so on ) videos and place 3 to 1 ( 3=jcd 2=xrinoa ) in a big room and showed all other videos in a different room right after the mainshow in the big room

I liked how you kept the 'epic' feel through all three segments. Very nice! (Yet ANOTHER anime I need to finish watching. O_o)

I was kinda suprised that you didn't use any j-music. So I kinda like the song, the anime also goes well to it (still not my type of show though).

The editing was nice most of the time, I just felt that you ignored the beats sometimes (2:11 for example), which seems uncommon for you, I kinda think it was the right choice though.

The only major complaint I have about the video is the part from 2:00 to 2:08 I guess because I don't feel like the scene-selection was the best. It's a very important part of the song and it's like the guy draws his swords - for two scenes - and you get to see his eyes in close-up - for four scenes.

And yet it's interesting to see an effects video using instrumental since most of the popular instrumental videos I know of are using basic hard cuts a lot more than you did.

But yeah, yeah I know I wasn't supposed to post here.
