My 22nd AMV is another combination of Mike Harding and 'Excel Saga'. The song used this time is 'Upper Echelon' and is about the British upper class. Illpalazzo narrates this song, though he does not always appear in the parts he's narrating.
This song features both major and minor characters in Excel Saga thrown into the bizarre upper-class world. I used effects to make transitions easier.
