Actually I think his amv "Closer" is a better video, but the song is X-rated. I'll have to download Torn and see what it's like.

I think he didn't post Every Breath and others because he felt they were for mature audiences and this site has plenty of young people.

The rape scene in Perfect blue is for a movie she is acting in and nothing is really happening. Still to graphic for younger viewers. When I was young, that would have been banned everywhere.

Actually, the first time I saw it, I watched the first minute and eight seconds, and as I was watching it, I was wondering, "why is this rated 18+?" But then, in a space of ten seconds, when I heard the lyrics and the scenes to go along with it, I saw why. I really didn't see it coming.

Ummm, no. You can look at porn at 18 under the law, and if your caught looking at it earlier not many people are really going to jump up and make a case out of it.

And I don't see what you aren't understanding...a scene of a woman getting raped, bare ass and boob getting grabbed in the process...that violates the sexual nudity rule. What more do you need to be explained?

that depends on which rape scene they use, theres the one where shes only "acting" it, then theres the other one where gross guy is actually raping her and she smashes him in the head with a hammer just minutes before she flips out completely O.o or something.... its been a while since ive actually seen the movie, so forgive me if i have events out of order :/

I never presumed you would... thats why i was telling you.... no stress no one is getting mad at you... I've no clue how Australia works so i guess we are even O.O

this maybe true, but you can get taken away from your parents (depending on the state) for child endangerment and neglect :/ of course it all depends on the state, city and local Child Protection Services (stupid bastards /me is bitter) and how much porn you have, and how much porn you are looking at :/ and what kind of porn it is :/

You're right, there are two rape scenes; however, based on how its portrayed in the scenario and how it affects the rest of the storyline, the first scene implied an actual rape.

Wow, I would have never guessed teenagers looking at porn when they're underage could be possibly taken so seriously! I can't even begin to imagine what would happen if there were similar laws here. Just about every boy would be in a foster home! You always hear them bragging to their buddies about the porn they found, downloaded somewhere, or got from their dad/brother/uncle/cousin/grandpa (hmmm..... Maybe not grandpa, I'll have to re-think that one...).

"contributing to the delinqunecy of a minor" by making porn availible to them is how a lot of pervs get their child victims interested enough in sex to molest them and make the kid think it's their idea... that's probably why it's taken so seriously in the U.S.

But that's not really the issue at hand now is it? The issue is the standards of this site are such that it's okay for people of all ages to be here without breaking the law or having to do some sort of age verification system.

The reason things like pornography are taken as seriously here in the US is because the majority of our laws are based off of Morality taught by religions. We were founded by a bunch of protestants weren't we? And it seems that much of the people in power still govern based off of this morality. I'm not saying this is a wrong way to go about things, but IMO I think bringing religious views into politics goes against the principle foundations of the nation (separation of church and state.)

As for the content rules on the site. It is the admins choice as to what regulations they place on items stored on their servers. Many of us creators of adult AMVs abide by this and if we choose to distribute our adult videos do so with our own web hosting. But again, it is up to the creator him/herself to choose if they wish to distribute their video(s). At least the admins allow for you to create a profile for these videos and then link to where the file is hosted.

I own a webserver that is open to hosting adult AMVs and if anyone wishes to have theirs hosted they need only contact me.
