As far as my Top 5 genres goes:
1. Drama
2. Action
3. Character Profile
4. Romance
5. Serious
As far as my style I've been told my editing is that of "old school". Sorta like general beat sync and lyrical sync. Not too heavy on effects but where I keep effects to a minmum and only use them where necessary. I'm hoping in future amv I can use more effects and still have them work effectively.

I do take old school a little farther in that I have yet to use any effects except for changing a clip to black and white. I also like to use older songs because, well, they are better than all this crap you hear today and most have rarely been used.

I seem to lean towards character profiles and dark, moody dramas...but really I'll tackle just about anything.
Effects-wise, I'm a less is more kind of individual...fades are my bread and butter, with the occasional overlay here and there.
And as for music...my tastes are so vaired, it's really difficult to put a finger on one musical style. I've had videos with Simon and Garfunkel all the way through Nightwish, Wierd Al Yankovic and instrumental guitar by an independent artist...and there's a couple I have started with hard rock as well, so yeah...can't really say that I have a certain musical genre that I cling to.
