Subtitiling Question

Ok, so I have subtitles in my video that I put in (wrote them myself). Trouble is that the values of align that I found when loking for the appropriate avisynth code placed them well below the TV safe zone.

Right now the avisynth code reads "align=3" to center them at the bottom, but I need the "y axis = " code but I don't know the value. What value should that Y be to keep my subtitles clear?

The longest subtitle involves two lines of text just so you know.
