Ok, I feel I must reply. Mostly because I don't enjoy getting attacked after watching someone's video and attempting to give some contructive criticism. First off, I didn't flame. If you read over my post again carefully I think you may notice that there is absolutely no language in it that could be remotely construed as hostile unless you just take offense to any kind of criticism in general. If you want me to flame you to see what it actually looks like, please give the word, I would be more than happy to demonstrate at this point. So the bottom line is that I really didn't appreciate your attitude cornwiggle, and if you don't want people to flame, don't escalate.

And if you feel I wasn't specific enough, I apologize. Allow me to elaborate. I was not saying that the video had no sych. Most of the clips did match up with the beat of the music. The one part where I really noticed it did not I specifically pointed out to you. As for the internal synch, I was not saying there was none of that either. In fact, I specifically said that I noticed there was. I was merely stating that I think that the video would have been a lot stronger if there had been more of it. That being said, it was definitely not the worst video I have seen and I give you kudos for chosing an anime that is not totally mainstream, and also working with a part of it that other videos don't really touch on in your eyes.

But no one had to watch your video or leave comments on it. So don't be so rude to people who take time out of their lives to do so.

I have a feeling I sent this thread right to hell posting it in the #amv. Anyway if you think that I'm flaming you should look up that word in the dictionary I wasn't falming at all, same goes for most others here. I mean just because 2 gundam fans said it's a good video that does not mean we can't say we didn't like it. Anyway most of the useful suggestions were already made. And when I say no sync you should know what I mean, I bet you've seen enough amvs to be able to tell what it should've looked like if you were actually putting a bit more effort into it. Same goes for compression. So I guess if you don't even know that you should watch and learn a bit before going emo due to some critisim.

You said "SHITTY" quality. When you say "Shitty" I think VHS tape that got vacuumed around. You and I both know it wasn't that bad.

And I already said, I put a lot of effort into this. I worked on it almost every day, time and time again, attempting to synch towards the best of my abilities. Maybe you wanted some nifty 900 million effects towards the music, well I used WMM, so there were none of those to choose from. I just picked what I could do the best with and did it. Like I said, if I worked on this video for 9 years, it would have come out the same.

And no, what do you want me to think when you say "no actual synch" that sounds like you think I just threw in random clips without thinking at all. I'm sorry you missed all the synch I did, but it sure as HELL was not random, I tried to make a story (which you'll know if you watch G Gundam) and yet tried to synch the clips to the music with a limited number of effects.

Ok, yes, I get pissed with comments like those, because they are so extreme. The synch might not have impressed you, but it wasn't just thrown together, and the quality was not perfect, but it sure as hell wasn't shitty.

Maybe you should be more clear with YOUR own comments.

I don't know what you're usually watching, but compared to the video's I'm used to the visual quality can be called shitty. Anyway I give you a point for WMM but who on earth works with it ? I'll give you a good advince invest a bit and get magix or something. But if you think I'm flaming again your should propably go ...

I know you weren't flaming.
And I can't tell you how many times I've tried to work with others. But my computer has the shittiest amount of RAM ever, and pretty much none other will work. However, I will look into it though.

Well I thought it was just fine. Sorry your getting all this heat from everyone. It has synch here and there but it isn't that strong really IMO.

Thanks for the comments.

I agree the synch could have shown up stronger if I had used a more advanced program, but I tried with the dinosaur.
