This happens when you try to download from local links without having a current donation on record. If you don't want to make a pledge, you can just click 'proceed' and you'll go to the link in question. Donating is not required, but it does help keep the server up, and it's not like a huge commitment is required; even a buck gets counted (so you won't have to see the pledge drive page for another year, and there are stories floating around about Phade getting quarters taped into envelopes.

I still get the pledge page when I forget to fill in all my star scores. Is that line supposed to be at the bottom of the normal donation page? I mean the line about "if the download hasn't started yet click here".

I don't think that line belongs on that page. If it did, there'd be no point in the other three buttons. Weird. o.O

if you click on it I think it brings you back to the donation page
