The Prince and the Kappa
Anime: Revolutionary Girl Utena, Saiyuki
Song: Moxy Früvous, "King of Spain"
Genre: Pointless, pointless fun

A certain pair of red-haired womanizing bishounen are the Prince and the Pauper. Probably best appreciated if you're familiar with both series, but since that overlap probably includes about four people, I hope it's reasonably entertaining to others, too.

It's not a "real" crossover in that the two are not realistically blended - it's really just a multi-anime AMV with two series in it.

I had entirely too much fun with this very silly idea.

That was so much fun! I love your brain. The song is so weird, I had no idea what to expect next. My favorite parts were seeing Gojyo with the Utena 'spinning rose border' (very cleanly done) and the 'change of position' (totally unnexpected). ^_^

No, I hadn't seen either of the shows, but the joke worked on me. I chuckled each time you had that nice switch between the oh-so-ironically-similar-but-not-quite-looking characters.

Once "change of position" came to mind, it was so wrong that it Had To Be Done. Sometimes there are things that Just Have To Be Done.
