Rubyeye Pictures - The End of a Journey

To my fans and people who generally wonder, “When is rubyeye’s next video coming out?” :

I regretfully announce I must retire from AMV Editing.

Due to my father’s serious hospitalization yesterday, I must abandon this hobby and focus on helping my family through this crisis. I simply do not have time (or mental concentration) to continue doing this right now.

Thank you for all the criticism and encouraging words these past 6 years. There is just too many people to name, but you know who you are and I will never forget any of you.

I have mentioned in my journals that I had 2 more videos “etched in stone” to complete. I still intend to do them one day. However, I simply cannot say when. I know I have not been posting much since completion of the Demons Within MEP, but I will remain active online with AnimeMusicVideos.org and Project A-Kon in Dallas as much as I possibly can, so I am not completely “out of the game”, yet. I may download, critique and assist should anyone ask, but my presence will be rare.

As for A-Kon 17's Video Events....I have told Chris my situation. I do not know if I will be able to attend at all this year or even assist with Judging videos. Since I act as the liaison with the online community, I will try to keep everyone posted as best I can.

Thanks for your Presence here. It meant really much to me as you joined DW and released something again. Your videos were my inspiration. I hope your father will get bhetter soon....
