I think it would have been a nice touch to be able to switch the subtitles off. It would have saved lots of bitrate without subtitles too. The Romaji-Karaoke was not needed though. I can't really believe somebody wants to sing along to some cruel violence. ^^;

Editing seemed choppy in some parts. Had a strange flow. But it's hard to tell if it's because this computer just choked on the soft transitions to much. Maybe the subtitles distracted too much from the flow. Most of the important scenes are still there so this is still watchable.

How could someone NOT want to sing along to gore and violence, though by the end I was laughing at a mentally broken Kouta more than paying attention the words. Turning off the subs probably would have been nice, but since its fansub instead of dvd source, or so it looks anyhow, some preprocessing would have been nice, it blocks out text that has nothing to do with the original video.

For the actual video... I think you might have been better off with posting lyrics separately and just making your own story that, while referencing to the song, isn't loose lyric sync. The story, if there was one instead of aiming for a montage of life within context of the song, seemed incomplete and didn't flow. There was no real logical progression from scene to scene, or why something was included. Though, it had a lot of my favorite scenes and I enjoyed it anyhow.

Thank you both for your honest opinion.

Streicher if you know where I could learn how to make it possible to turn subtitles off and on in my encodes I would be glad of it and use that for any future videos if an when I do something like this again. Thanks.

Orwell thanks for the overall opinions given about the video, I wasn't looking to tell a story but to create a montage of the song as you said, I suppose in the future I could try and tell a story with the video, so even without music it makes sense. So thanks for the comments.
