As far as the actual editing goes, I thought it was fine. The lip sync seems more like filler material which could have been used for more story development, assuming there was a intended one? I personally haven't seen X, yet, but I got the sense that it really relied on the original story to carry through its own. I saw the general theme, but, I felt like it didn't really bring the story together. At about 4~ minutes into the video the song starts again, this should have been your turning point with her death, and then rage, violence, or however the character reacts towards the other male in the second half.

The video quality didn't really bother me, probably because of how dark it is in general, though, after seeing ultima's post it's generally a good idea to clean it up as much as you can.

Overall, I liked it, the song surprised me considering it was limp bizkit.

I see where you're coming from now, but it did come off as an overreaction. About the video, I pretty much agree with what Orwell and dj_ultima said. The visual flow within individual scenes and lines and verses and such is very pleasant to watch, but the video doesn't quite function as a whole. I was kind of surprised when I took the vid off full-screen at the end and saw that there were two minutes to go (which of course there weren't, but I couldn't see the timer).

Something I found odd was the changing visual styles. There are the moving transparent images in the intro, the beat-synching effects at ~1:26 (I'm guessing that's Fuma, but all the black-haired guys in X look the same to me), the blurs and zooms used for beat synch, the sections with the funky borders, the unaltered and hard-cut sections, etc.... The problem isn't with one of those, or even all of them, but the way they're used without any kind of pattern or structure.

For that reason I preferred the last two minutes of the vid, with the exception of that hot-pink border. I'd probably keep this video around for a while if it weren't so huge. Despite its problems it has an odd kind of charm (and the song is really unexpected. When I see 'Limp Bizkit' I think 'Rolling').

well i've just started creating amv's and the video compress is my worst part to be honest. I like X, but this limp bizkit song is too, i can't remember the word, it's too slow and i don't like that kind of music. The effects, well i've just started using sony vegas so i hope next time they will be in their place not randomly used For the Lip Sync, i've already improved it. The lip sync in this video is made in january, but the effects are made in the middle of march. I mean that i've just started using effects, but i've been practicing lip sync, but not been practicing using effects. Thank you for your advises and i hope i can improve and decrease the number of silly mistakes.

ps. if it wasn't for Orwell i'd still be writting lick instead of like so 10x
