Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Ok here is the new shit
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... p?v=113017
Its not only mine so don't be afraid to watch it
Me and Usagi made this and I must say that it became a lot better than I expected
Both of us had a lot of fun while we edit it.
We always joked each other and things like that.It was cool.Too bad we don't live in the same town :(
So as I told u a lot of shit was done.
I'll never forget when we tried to work together trough skype and ended talking to each other all day without doing anything or when I was working on my part she always disturbed me in IRC and I couldn't edit
But somehow we menaged to put our lazy buts into action and here is the result
hope u like it

hmm... the video is sortof a mix bag for me. I'd say you fell just short of my expectations for this audio, but of course I could be biased, seeing as a certain video most of us know well also used this audio, and happens to be one of my favorite action videos. Yours is very different from his though, so thats a good thing.

Comparisions aside though, I found myself likeing certain parts, then other parts were kinda meh. mostly where you had good flowing action I like better than the more static scenes. the scenes that were more still shots and you synched with editing rather than action I didn't like as much. Your effects were well done and interesting though.

I think my main problem with the video is just flow. The video slows down there I think it shouldn't and some scenes stay on the screen longer than I think it should. Probably more personal prefrence though.

You have no idea how hard we watched episodes over and over again looking for good scenes 0_o
When i watched the anime i was disguisted by how lazy they've animated it but when i started editing it fell on me with all it's weight. I could only realize there's only static scenes. There is not 1 good action scene in this anime. xD We barely managed the ending (i don't even want to think what would've happened if we didn't cut some of the song).

heh you think Tenjou Tenge is bad? try working with bleach on an action video....

There are a few fight scenes you didn't use though, mostly with other chars, so you may have not used them for a reason. Its true Tenjou Tenge doesn't have a whole lot of action, but motion editing could've also been used to make some of the static scenes seem less static. What I would've done anyway. Although thats also a matter of personal taste.

Even if the morrow is barren of promises, nothing shall forstall my return.

To become the dew that quenches the land, To spare the sands, the seas, the skies, I offer thee this silent sacrifice.
