I'm loving the crazy violence, the drama is mostly miss/uncomfortable, and I have no freakin idea how it could possibly wrap up in 4 more episodes (though only 3 are currently left to air). I would not be shocked if they suddenly decided to extend the episode count or do another season (or 1/2 season), nor would I be thrown off by 4 episodes of intense "let's throw all our money in the pile and wrap it up so fast the audiences heads will explode."

Sunrise is insane. :o
well we now know it'll end in 2 more episodes since they advertised the final episode will air as a 1 hour special at the end of episode 24 ;p

They certainly set it up to be a big final battle episode though.... everyone is pretty much ready to fight at the end of 24. I hope they don't rush it....

My only fear now is that:
Someone will use the Harmonium to "reset" everyone's lives again like the first show. I liked that the first time, but I'd be pretty annoyed to see it repeated just for the sake of consistency. The body count has been small for this show, so I'm hoping that eliminates the need for it. Then again, maybe a whole bunch of people die this week. ;)
Otherwise they've really set up the end to be quite awesome, assuming they don't cut away from the action or show lots of panning stills in place of fluid beat downs. :P

BTW, there's apparently gonna be a 4 episode OAV to this series come Fall, but no idea yet if it's gonna be a continuation or a recap series. :?

JUST SAW THE LAST 2 EPS!!!

OMG!!! *came in pants..*

Just like the previous series, the fights obviously had a budget the size of Mai's cupsize...

Best, if not one of the BEST ENDINGS EVAR!!! Thanks to that, I'd tie both Mai - X series as top notch action babe series as well as best DVD extras evar!!! [need to see the fanservice to be believed... almost hentai if I do say so myself...]

 I'm still waiting on a subbed version, but watching the RAWs on Sat was awesome. There's a tad bit left to be desired, but for the most part it was a blast to watch even without understanding 85% of the dialog.

Kinda sucks to see it end... now we just gotta wait till Summer for the first OAV to air. :( I hope they don't release each of those episodes on DVD individually, that would be a pain to wait for.

heh, told ja so... :D

For hawties in aerial armor explosions, this is the anime to beat...

I've never seen any other style anime setup a good 'legend' as well as character setup, I felt sorry for some of the characters, especially Ers, Nina, and even Sergey... So it feeds the thirst for violence as well as soul...

The booty-fest dvd extras that are small 10~min. shorts are quite amusing and if you haven't seen them, you should find them somehow...

I've seen most of them, but each one is REALLY short, which is kinda dissapointing.
