The editing and syncing were pretty nice. It was a little typical though, and a lot of the effects were unoriginal too. The main thing that bothered me about this video was the audio quality though... it was literally painful to listen to. If you re-encoded this with better sound, I think it would greatly improve the overall impression of the video.
Overall it looked pretty good. I think I like your second collaboration better though.
