Formal Apology From Station Tera-Alpha Media

Post by DARGONTeraAlpha » Mon Mar 27, 2006 2:23 am

This Post is reguarding the Locked Post:

Responce in General:
Thank you all for your input, and I am sorry for any misunderstanding. I also apologize for not following your prescribed format for announcement.

Responce to x_rex30, Purge, shinodude, and IchigoFever:
I did not intend and had no reason to sound as if I was bragging, since I knew that Google simply used the "Comments" as content for search peramiters.

Responce to IchigoFever, Chocobuddha, and Kraise
I know my videos are far from the best, and really I don't do them as a hobbie as many of you do. I do it for FUN, and share it for those who want to see it... liike it or lump it, makes no differance to me.

Responce to Corran:
I did test the link before putting it on Google (both logged in & not), when I tested when not logged in I over looked the step of "canceling" the actual file download. I have used PCs since I was 14 and still make the mistake of omitting small details.
I will put a note to that effect in the Google descriptions, to quell any misunderstanding or frustration of another person.
In the long run this will save you some (all be it small) amount of bandwidth... Since just one on my Videos (A Little Hentai in us all, posted on 2005-11-24) has been viewed 70,000 times in the last 6 months.
That just means they saw it, not liked it, or if they even saw it through to the end. So PLEASE don't try and say I am trying to brag again, Lots of really LAME Sites get lots of hits a day.

Again I am sorry about the whole mix up!

P.S.: I am starting a listing on My MSN Group for Google Video and Archive.org submited AMVs to let people see the best ones I have seen, and to have a chance to let others know about AMVs they feel are worth watching.
I think I'll try concentrating on that instead of this Board and its obviously hostile inhabitants.

Once could make a case that AMVs don't belong in the Internet Archive, as there's that small matter of copyright that hasn't been fully established.

Yeah, I suppose it's easier to deal with dissent when you can censor it.

*Sighs* Not sure what you mean by "dessent"... But I don't censor anything on my group unless they use vulgar language or post something obviously intended to be offensive. If there is something I don't find helpfull, usefull, or if I feel something is wrong with their oppinion, I explain my possition on the subject and let the others on the group do the same. In some cases I simply leave the post for others to comment on, rather than try to take any sides.
