New Johnny Hates Jazz AMV available for D/L now!
Everyone has waited long enough for a follow up to my AMV with JHJ's tune "I Don't Want To Be A Hero", which featured footage of Nadesico, and now here's another Johnny Hates Jazz AMV! This time, I used footage of "Kimagure Orange Road:I Want To Return To That Day", and I used the song "Turn Back The Clock". The next JHJ song I use in an AMV will be "What Other Reason", but until then, enjoy:

I don't mind saying that I got this for the song; I know nothing about Kimagure Orange Road. Is this another Rumiko Takahashi property?
Technical note: It would definitely help if you removed the interlacing before editing next time. Not only is the combing distracting, but removing it would also help with the compressibility.
I also wanted to say: That shot of the guy on the bed in the first verse? Went on way too long without a cut/fade.
In general, it didn't give me a feeling of going with the music, telling a story, or being nostalgic for the way things used to be...

I don't see what's wrong with the visual quality. I think the visual quality looks good. And xrex, will you cut it out already? What the fuck did I ever do to you that was so bad???Niotex wrote:one of your better vids i've seen tho like scintilla said deinterlace not to mention we gotta work on your compression methode and ofcource we gotta get rid of the random scenes
