madbunny, you make a good point, but the problem, at least for me, isn't exactly not giving credit, but deleting posts that say who the editor is. i wouldn't care if the person just said "this video isn't mine".

I keep tabs on the two videos on there that were made by me that someone else uploaded... and well, they have yet to delete posts that talk about the original creators... but I guess I'm lucky that I got fairly good people..

lets just get this over with and destroy there site. I have a few friends. Do you want it obliterated like the death star did to alderaan? (of course im kidding. because we all know calling for a sites destruction is wrong and stuff about hacking is not allowed either. BUt...if its done by someone else.. who is to say that anyone here would be upset? )

Anyway.. just e mail that lawyer witch and sign her up for porn sites and stuff untill she starts acting like a admin and fixes the problem. OR just send the info to Sony music. either way they will do something.

the problem with that, is that some people actually say that they got the videos from here, I don't think sending a message to Sony, that would eventually send them our way would be a good idea. It was bad enough what happened with Wind-up.

I've had good responses so far. I put the vids in my favorite vids list (egocentric) and no one's deleted my posts so far. I even had two people appologize to me and offer to put my name in the vid description.

The reviewers don't seem to read the descriptions, so even those who say flat out that they didn't make the vid get praise or complaints as if they were the creators. It seems the viewers on that site are very impatient when it comes to reading.

I have no problem with other sites hosting my vids, whether they have my permission or not. One of my really old dbz vids has been on various sites around the net for two years now, and no one asked me first. As long as they aren't taking credit for making it, if they want to host it, it's fine with me. I think it's cool that I can link people to my vids on a different site without having to upload them myself. I just don't like seeing other people claim credit for my work. Even when the reviews are bad, they still don't point the complainers to me. That's just not right. I wouldn't claim to have made a video no one likes. o.O

Probably. But, as you can see, that hasn't stopped anyone.

They say that to make sure if they get sued they can back it up by saying its in their user agreement.
