isnt that the arguement that should be taken to bring back the OT section?

as for here, ive seen far too many threads like this be locked for the reason of it being off topic. Why this one was exempt is beyond me. I say if you are going to get rid of anyoff topic discussion, then do it. Don't try to fluff it up with "omg well, its creating amv discussion"
