No length limit, but keep in mind that a ten second or ten hour video is probably going to have a difficult time winning.

lol what about certin remixes to songs like, I know a song called super brooklyn bros. that uses the mario bros beat, does that count?
Oh god, that black dude with the afro is always making those damn trash ass music hip hop amvs...he needs to do something with techno or rock....
