What if a song can only be got by downloading?

actually someone called the audio on my latest "highly bitrated" (which to me insinuates that I used Downloaded music)... but it was actually CD Quality (I got it off of the CD)... I guess the people who made My Chemical Romance's CDs didnt give a crap about quality... and YES I listened to it on the CD it sounds the same...

if your download is legal though, theres no problem with it. and with Audio there is no REAL way to prove it. With Video (like I said) thats alot easier to prove.

Any watermark that isn't obvious would easily be removed, and all the others, well, who would actually go and look for them. Anyway, as I understand it, this thread is not about copying from other amv's but much rather from licenced animations.

Oh right, that was that other thread. Even so, the thread became more general after some posts and my argument remains valid.

trouble is that ALOT OF PEOPLE dont remove those special watermarks (like cartoon network/adult swim/ WB/ UPN/ random site logo/) and alot of them dont remove the subtitles even though its REALLY EASY to do.

I'd really appreciate it if you changed your signature slightly. Make it say fascist or something. The term nazi is not something that is taken lightly here.
