Lol Help [how do I get footage?]

Heh heh Me ish a newb so Yeah and I was reading the guide cause I was planning on making Amv for a while and yeah It said Not to use the internet stuff...So Like Does that mean like if you use A scene from Video game or the anime thats been Uploaded to the internet and whatnot, You cant use it??? Or can you just burn all that info to a disk and continue from there?? AGH!1 I read up the the fourth page on Phade's advice how to But Im sooooooo conufsed!!! I cant use those scenes I downloaded???

it is illegal to download anything from a p2p site or server. If you do you can be banned. Not to mention if you rip your dvd's you will be all warm and fuzzy inside from actually buying the dvd.

p2p= person to person. example: bittorent, limewire, kazaa. that kinda stuff. it doesnt really matter if your selling it or not, its considered bootlegging and that is illegal.

for games there is a ripper you can get from this site. i dont have the link but some of the senior members would have it.

bootlegging is when you get a copy of the video that didnt come from the creator itself. its more of a copy thats been sold out to the public....that is very illegal
