Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
 • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
 • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
 • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
 • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Edward Scissorhands(yes isn't an anime,but...)

Post by Melina-chan » Mon Oct 31, 2005 9:05 am

Hello!
I know Edward Scissorhands is not an anime nor a cartoon, but I find this movie so moving and sweet....So I decided to make a little videoclip with the song "Dearest"(from Ayumi Hamasaki)If you know Inuyasha, you will recognize the song ^_^

I know I can't register it on animemusicvideos.org..So I decided to announce it right here...Hope it's ok...

Thank you...and sorry if I'm wrong...

hmm, I don't know whether it's allowed or not to announce other than anime videos here, but to my mind you are completely wrong here. This is a community for the development, the discussion and the topic of ANIMEmusicvideos. Well I guess it'S only amatter of time till this thread is closed or people come and tear your head of ^^. Please do your self a favor and don't announce non-anime vids again, here another example of announcing (and in this case uploading) of a non-anime video:

Hey Max. How ya' doin', buddy? This isn't anime. This isn't even fucking decent to watch. I could go out and have a bastard child by a circus whore and let it drool and smash its hands all over my keyboard, and it'd be more coherent than the tripe you've sullied this forum with. Yeah, game FMVs are allowed on this site, and I might not care so much if your skills weren't that of a festering badger corpse. Get some talent before you go sticking your ass out in public for all to kick.

The shitstains in my underwear are more entertaining to watch than that was.

It's cinematic, so virtual animation, it's a kind of anime, Billy !
It's allowed and powered by AMV

I had practice before doing my sweety video child, and this one is very good, strong and beautiful, so don't blame me

See it only if you like power metal and Warcraft 3.

Warcraft isnt a fucking anime. Anime in the western world refers to animation crated over in japan. Warcraft was created somewhere in the usa (I think). Its got no relation in style iether so other than the fact that its animated (which is an arbitary conection at best) theirs nothing linking whatever that vid was to anime. It isnt allowed here iether. You enter a vid that isnt anime into your profile and your banned from the vca's. You upload a vid that isnt at least 51% anime and it gets deleted. basicaly your wrong. Everything you've said is wrong. What you think you know you only believe because your too ignorant enough to read and make sure what your saying is right before boasting and speaking out like an idiot. Note the bolded word. meditate on it for a while. It'l help you greatly in life.

Swear I love ya now. If you want to share GMV's (videogame music videos) a good bet is probably machinima.org . And you can host your vid up to 49.98MB on rapidshare.de for free.

and yes I did that just for oto

Wow a little harsh, don't ya think.

I mean I know he screwed up but tone it down a little O_o

Eh just watch out Manumax. They are very strict on here about what you can or can't do. It keeps the site free of stupid things that shouldn't be on here. Just remember that the AMV has to be at least 51% anime. But hey good luck with your next vid. Drop me a line on PM and I'll do a free op for you.

My,my

uhm...strange here, where am I ?^^

No serious now. Fact is that gmvs aren't allowed here. At least not the ones using non-japanese games. I guess the only reaso why I feel sympathy for this poor guy is that he seems to be a metal-fan which excuses a lot, but not everything.
To my mind it seemed a bit arrogant as you wrote Quote:

, you ought to be more careful in your wordchoise next time.
Well next point. Quote:

I swear I have never heard, nor read how someone insulted a person with such a creativness. :hopetonotbeinsultedaswell: ^^

[MOD1369: As per the .org Forum Rules, game videos aren't relevant to this site; furthermore, this thread is rapidly turning into nothing more than flaming, so I'm locking it]
I hope the quotation isn't to long ^^.

Yeah I know It was not "ok" that's why I don't update this "videoclip" on animemusicvideos.org.
But I said to myself,I will try to only make a little "apparence" on the forum because I use an anime theme...so maybe it will have a little chance to "past".

Anyway, sorry to disturb,I was not meaning to bother any of you. -_-
