I loathe Akira as well, mind if I use your noose after you?

On second thought I'd just take up vidding other stuff besides anime.

If being an "anime fan" requires loving every animated thing that ever came out of Japan then count me out. I view anime like any other form of entertainment (music, books, movies), some of it's good but the large bulk is utter crap, Akira included in that bulk ^^.

Actually, I only italicized it because it's a movie. Didn't mean to emphasize the word, sorry.
