Granted I wasn't crazy about his Hikaru (...I don't care if the US cut calls him Rick, allright?) but still, he was easily one of the best casting jobs for the Fist of the North Star movie.
That said, looking back, points to Snegoff for the on-again, off-again British accent with Quamzin (Khyron, whatever you prefer...)
