Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

yes, another one...

Anime: Final Fantasy VII Advent Children
Music: Allay Pain - Witch Hunter Robin OST
Program: Vegas 6

The video is pretty simple and i can understand why some people wont like it, but i really like this one and thats pretty much all that matters :P

Yes, this one of my "Multi-Editor Project" videos. I used Vegas 6 this time. My initial responce was mixed. I had a hard time getting my footage into the program. Thanks to JCD for helping me :P Once i was able to import footage it all came together pretty well. i was limited in my source and i knew that. that made it easier to find the scenes i wanted and edit the video relitivly fast.

Vegas is a decent program, i'll give it that. BUT, i don't like it for a few reasons. it's a pain to get the clips i want onto the timeline and time things. Premeire, IMHO, makes this so much easier to do. I can edit a simple cut/fade video in premiere a lot faster then Vegas.

On the otherhand, Vegas did impress me. I found it easier to do fades and do some masking without opening another program ;) that was awesome. i did some masking on a few scenes and it turned out well. it was fast and easy. thats something i wish premiere had.

If i had to pick one or the other though, i would pick Premiere hands down. I find it a lot easier to import footage into premiere and get my clips/scenes/footage into the timeline a lot faster.

anyway, enough with that. Heres the video, enjoy.

Good enough to almost make me like the FFVII storyline.
