guess who? [how to download?]

thats right, it's me again. im really, really sorry everyone but this is my first time on a website like this and i dont really know how to work it. when i go to downlaod something, sometimes there's a link (colored green, but i cant remember what it says) that takes me to a pledge page, that takes me to another pledge plage with a note saying that it's downloading. but sometimes there isnt that link, and then i cant figure out how to download it. it gets me really angry!! please help me.

and also, i mentioned this before but HOW THE HELL DO YOU MAKE A PICTURE 6 KB?!?!?!?!? AND WHAT IS AN AVATAR?!?!?!?!?

It's easy to get a picture under 6kbs when the resolution is 100x100. See that really small square picture by my user name? That's an avatar. They're small pictures that don't take up much space. You can make a picture small enough (and under 6kbs) in any paint program.
