Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

60 mbs for four minutes isn't too bad. It's the 80 mb ones that I draw the line at. :P

However, my computer won't play this very well. The sync stays about a second off throughout the whole video. My computer just has trouble playing .avi in general, but especially this one. It's not just because it's xvid either... maybe the bitrate's too high. I dunno, but it doesn't play well. :? However, I was still able to at least get the story, and it's good stuff. I can't comment much on anything else though.

The only way I could watch Steak's "FIRE!" was to compress it yet again. This was on a p2 333 where the sync was over 6 seconds off and growing.

Waffle: good vid.

Yeah, I tried compressing it again. No luck.

i originally had the scenes synced to the drums, but i really didnt like it like that. every time i watched it that way it just didn't do it for me.

More or less I somehow bugged me that you let out a huge mass of opportunities to sync like drumwhirls and some single beats allthriugh the video.
