Well since I just saw the perimer of Naruto on Toonami I thought the voices were okay. They weren't really great or bad. The only one I liked was Sakura's voice. Other than that I was suprised that they edited a lot less then I thought. I thought they would cut out all the sex jutsu and leave the blood, but it was just the opposite. They had the sex jutsu, but no blood really at all. Except on that one guys leg in the first episode. Well it just suprised me, but for the voice I just didn't really care.

That's awesome! :D

I'm glade they changed said Sexy no jutsu in english, I mean come on.. At least they don't need to put up text to translate it.

The english was fine, and I laughed out loud in some comedy parts. Since it gets so much praise, I bet some people watch it with way too high expectations, thus destroying joy factor expecting a grand hit with just two episodes. If you all ready decided how the series is, or how it's going to be off of two episodes, your pretty dumb and close minded.

At some parts, I felt they didn't capture the same emotion from the japanese version, but at times the emotions where captured pretty damn well, possibly better. If you already made up your mind how the english voice acting is, think again.. remember when back in 2000-2001 when they brought DBZ back with new voice actors? It made me want to puke, but it only got better as it went along and the voice actors got more comfortable and familiar with the characters their playing.

I was very excited to see higher visual quality of the series, I can't wait to get the DVDs when they come out. :) Also I cant wait for episode 3 next week! ^_^

On thing I forgot to mention in my last post was didn't they change a lot of the music. I saw only two fan sub espisodes, and compared to the preimer I think the music was changed a lot especially in the opening. At least from what I remember, and I saw those fan subs a long time ago.

Also I think they changed the ending credits all together. I don't really care, but I sort of wonder why change it that much just of the english credits?

I believe they didn't secure the rights to the intro and ending themes so they did not and will not play them.

Like I said in the other thread, the dub wasn't too bad. It was definately better than what most of us expected it to be.

I thought Naruto's voice is suppose to be young. Although, the voice he has doesn't have enough "oomph"...well, thats just my opinion. I was expecting more of a fun childish voice for him. Like the cute one in the Japanese version. Even though, I still enjoyed it. It's as funny as ever. :D

for the most part it didnt suck, I was impressed on how well some of the voices were. I didnt like narutos voice, its not enough bass in it. Crispin Freeman~~~awsome. Perfect. I wish they would of just kept the same name of the jutsus. Ill proly be watching it again.
