Looking for an AMV from Kumoricon [SPLIT]

I'm looking for an AMV I saw at Kumoricon this past weekend. Unfortuneatly, I do not know who the creator is or the name of the anime featured in the AMV.

The only info I have to go on is; it's a comedy/parody, the song is russian(?) I think and I believe the name of the name of the song is "Moskou".

I know this really isn't much to go on but any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Kumoricon forum posted the videos that played at the contest, that's how I found this. Next time remember to hit the conventions forums first to find more information on a video, that way it'll be easier to search for it on your own.
