Excel Saga. You need to be on lots of crack with a bit of speed followed by a twelve pack of beer to truly understand the purpose behind this anme.

Weirdest anime? Mindgame, hands down! Studio 4°C has a tendency of doing really unique animation techniques, and this movie is no different. Especially the way they incorperated real life Japanese actors into the movie. It's really spellbouding. :P

Second weirdest? I have to go to Pani Poni Dash. This new series is just freakin' psychotic with a billion things going on in the background as well as in the various classrooms. And Becky is an omega kawaii teacher (see avatar)! 8-)

Can you purchase that? Also looking for noiseman sound insect and doesn't matter what region it is as long as I could get it. Thanks.

It's only out on fansubs though; seems like no one wants to license it. :(
