Weirdest anime? Mindgame, hands down! Studio 4°C has a tendency of doing really unique animation techniques, and this movie is no different. Especially the way they incorperated real life Japanese actors into the movie. It's really spellbouding.

Second weirdest? I have to go to Pani Poni Dash. This new series is just freakin' psychotic with a billion things going on in the background as well as in the various classrooms. And Becky is an omega kawaii teacher (see avatar)!

Can you purchase that? Also looking for noiseman sound insect and doesn't matter what region it is as long as I could get it. Thanks.

It's only out on fansubs though; seems like no one wants to license it.
