I'm having trouble accessing the Pro entry form; is it corrupted or do I just need to upgrade my version of Acrobat (it's not complaining aboutformat or anything, just displaying blank). Yeah, I should have done this earlier, but I wasn't sure the video was going to be done by deadline at all.

DVDs and entry will be hitting the post tomorrow morning; after that it's out of my hands and into DHL's; hopefully the entry form isn't as time-critical.

Shin Hatsubai is a Premiere-free studio. Insomni-Ack is habitually worthless.
CHOPWORK - abominations of maceration
skywide, armspread : forward, upward
Coelem - Tenebral Presence single now freely available

It opens up fine on my monitor. If you're still having trouble, then go here: http://www.awa-con.com/phpbb/viewtopic. ... sc&start=0

and scroll down. I posted the full text of the form there when the pdf dissappeared for a week. Cut and paste that into a word processor, print it, fill it out, and use that instead.

A couple of days late is OK, so long as we get the stuff before the real burning is under way.

I thought it was four :-o

What's the policy on postmarks? I mean, do the DVDs/entry forms need to be there BY the deadline, or just postmarked by then?

Mike & Meri did it last year :P I think there are more Pro entrants near them than there are near me.
We'll be doing it again this year, too. :D Just need to set a date.

Pro Rules wrote: All entries must be received by mail no later than July 25, 2005. This is not a postmark deadline. The video must be in our hands by this date. Begin saving up your money for FedEx overnight service now if you procrastinate until the last minute. This is significantly earlier than our other deadlines to give us time to prepare the judging tape for review.
looks like its the former.

Ayup. There's still the FTP option. If your paperwork and blanks are a day late, that's OK so long as you notify us that they're coming, but the video entries have to absolutely be in our hands by the deadline, or in the process of being uploaded. (Limited bandwidth, so there may be a line. Requests for FTP access must be in by the deadline.)

(Oh... and it's four days NOW... today, tomorrow, Sunday, Monday.)
