I'd say that's because for people like myself that like to give helpful and useful advice it feels like it'll be either wasted since a lot of crappy videos could have been better if the editor had simply took the time to do simple things, AND because it's hard to go on for pages about bad stuff, and two sentances about good stuff without feeling like you're browbeating.
About that formula earlier, I thought that the average scores weeded out the highest and lowest score to minimize all tens or all ones overly influencing the average. Am I was off base here? I'm thinking of some announcement that Phade made when describing the new averaging system.
