Silent Hill 1 STR files

I've tried every STR video extractor I could think of Silent Hill for PS1. If anyone can think of any extractors that work, or made specfically for this game, please let me know.

Have you tried using PSXMC?
And if you have, what happens?

Yeah, I'm not that stupid. PSXMC was the first thing I tried. It detects a bunch of 0:00:01 length "audio" files that don't exist. It doesn't pick up any video files at all.

Yeah I reckon you've already tried PSXMC.

Weird problem, at least one I've never heard of.
Things I would try:
-Make sure you have the latest version of PSXMC
-Make sure STR plugin is installed
-CD/DVD drive works functionally

The game discs may also be damaged or scratched - you might want to check that if you haven't yet.

If you still come with the same problem, what I would try is ripping the Silent Hill on another computer and see what happens. (I have a faint memory of Silent Hill working fine with PSXMC.)
