Newest Vid List question

my friend said there was a "Newest Vid. List".

I was wondering, is the "Newest Vid. List" including vids that have become LOCAL or vids that have been Entered and/or LOCAL? 'Cause I have a new vid, but I don't know if i'll be able to get to an ftp thing soon, and I wanna enter my vid so no one steals it. The only thing is that I don't want to enter it and it not be LOCAL so I don't get many hits when it first comes out.

Again, my question is, do vids that have been entered appear wether they are ready to be downloaded or not?

The "New Videos" option on the Super Search (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/search/newvids.php) returns the newest entries to the databse, whether they are available for download or not. The "New Downloads" option, however, will show only the videos with new downloads available. Therefore, if you were to catalogue your entry and upload the video at a later date, it would show up on the New Videos list without a download, then register later on the New Downloads list once it was made available. That's one out of two, if you will.
