for a while now the rules on this site have been completely forgotten or noone cares anymore so its almost like this site doesn't even have any rules. The rules are never really enforced.

Yeah, um, tell that to the "Automatic Search and Destroy" script that's busy taking care of all the illegally uploaded completely non-anime videos. :P

Just in general, I think the administration would very much disagree with you, and I do get the feeling that the rules are still very much enforced around here.

No. You're wrong. Consider the following:
1) The Org is a large site. At the time of posting, 317983 users and 57938 videos large. That's a lot of stuff to go through.
2) Original animation is actually allowed.
3) If you find uploaded videos that shouldn't be there, let us know in the Moderator Drop Box.
4) Listen to Scintilla. He obviously knows what he's talking about here.

There's nothing wrong with you helping out by pasting a link and writing a few words, unless you have some sort of teenage anger streak that prevents you from doing so.

To expand slightly, finding all of them would require us downloading and watching every video on the Org. There aren't so many of us that we can do that and keep the site running relatively smoothly. We appreciate any help we can get. Remember: the mods are only human, and we're volunteers here. We do this in our copius spare time.

I swear that thing is scarier and deeper than any Japanese horror you could ever hope to find.
