Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Pretty good stuff, lots of constant and clean editing, I liked it. Great Quality as well :)
Sometimes some scenes lacked a bit motion compared to others in similar music parts maybe.

Did you enter this at Anime 2005? If so, I smell serious competition :D

Anime 2005

Post by RutKiskasca » Fri Apr 01, 2005 10:59 am

I am trying to enter it, but I have a problem. I just got back to town, and have had very little internet access. I just now got my ticket purchased, and I won't receive it in the mail until next week. I will put the video in the mail tomorrow, air mail, but I have no idea when it will get there, and I think the 4 April deadline is an "in hand" deadline, not a postmark deadline. It looks like, according to their forum, they have very few entries, so maybe Paul will let me slide this one in a little over the deadline. However, the fastest postal option from my USPS post office in Wiesbaden to the Netherlands (by air) still has an estimated delivery time of two weeks. I think they are being conservative, and assuming that nobody is as good as the US postal service (my grandmothers bowel movements are faster and more reliable than the USPS, and she has been dead for three years.) I will probably end up laying out somewhere in the neighborhood of 60 euro to get this video in on time, so I hope they don't disqualify it on the basis of content.

I am very glad that you liked it, and I am honored that you consider it competition of any kind, serious or not.

Said it once and I'll say it again, this is one awesome action vid. The sync is dead-on at all times. Your new stuff just keeps getting better and better. :)
