bug in the new logo display

Post by Bakadeshi » Sun Mar 20, 2005 6:55 pm

On dark background skins for the site, there is ugly white pixels around the black parts of the logo that you guys probably missed. Might want to see about cleaning that up, since it does look kinda unprofesional. Or maybe trying to get a PSD file in layers from the creator so there is no need to remove the white in the first place?

Just thought I would bring that to someones attention, whoever is in charge of that department ^_^

Apparently not. Cause my views are broken all over the place. Never knew they were turned off.

Out of curiosity, did you de-interlace it or changes the opacity of that part of the image?

I originally saved it as PNG-8 by accident rather than PNG-24. PNG-8 simply has a transparent bit (like GIF) while PNG-24 saves full trasparency information making for a much better image.

I hope this helps.
