Don't just CTRL + S. You gotta CTRL + SHIFT + S too. If your source file gets corrupted, you're really screwed... like what happened to my original Macross Plus video. I lost nearly three months of work as a result of that fucking corrupted file. =\

And once again I feel like the only one who hardly ever has problems with Premiere crashing.
