How long does it take before people can dl my new amv?

i just uploaded it 1 hr ago, i did the kero.anime etc, it copied to server, and i filled out all info, i saw the test dl, and it was fine, i clicked the right links, but it still says there isnt a dl for my new vid! does it take some time for the server to update itself?
