OK, so this is my first AMV. It was made on Microsoft Movie Maker, and consequently the quality is so so. It is small because I forgot to change the size, and the continuity of the clips used is somewhat lacking. Other than that, I don't think this was a horrible start. It is made up of scenes from Hellsing and the music is "Last Meal" by Project 86. Go ahead and give me your opinion if you feel like it.

ooo.. WMM my favorite! lol... i know EXACTLY what you're talking about when you talk about quality and compression and WMM... you should see my vids... lol. good, but compressed quality, i'll check out yours!

REally crazy vid... I actually enjoyed it, and i thought it was creative how you used the sounds from the actual footage in there as well! WMM isn't that bad... it makes things sickeningly simple...

As much as I wish I could take credit for the creatitivity, most of it happened by chance and laziness. The reaons the background audio was in there at all was because I was too lazy to make the movie in parts which would be required for my version of WMM if I wanted the original audio in the first could clips and just the music in the rest. As for the use of the original sounds, some of that was luck (like the bullets bouncing off of eachother towards the beginning). Other times, it was something that I put in, viewed, realized it sounded good and then tweaked it a little bit to put the audio in place (like the guy screaming at the end of the first chorus). Finally, there are a few times where I actually planned things (like the door exploding at the end of the count off in towards the end of the bridge and the two vampires shooting eachother at the end of the bridge before the instrumental interlude). Anways, thanks for your comments. I should be getting better software soon, and as soon as I have all of the videos I need, I will start on other projects.
