'Reviewed' signal for My Downloads page

I don't know if this would encourage people to review more or not, but it would be nice if we could get some sort of signal on the My Downloads page to tell if we've reviewed the videos. I'd like a color change on the title of the vid, but even a star or mark by the vids we've reviewed would be nice.

It would help organize things since you can sort the downloaded vids according to date (you can't do that with the reviews given page).

I doubt anyone really reviews everything he downloads, but this would be a step in that direction.
