Haibane Renmei - Learning to Fly

Post by ibanix » Mon Jan 17, 2005 3:51 am

Is is a re-edit of my first AMV. The first one sucked. This is much better. This is also my first attempt at lip-sync.

This video tries to capture the main elements of the Haibane Renmei story: Rakka's birth; Kuu's leaving; Rakka dealing with loss; Reki's struggle and redemption. In each of these, the Haibane are truly learning to fly.

Title: Learning to Fly (was "Learn to Fly" but I think the "ing" is better :P)
Anime: Haibane Renmei
Song: Learn to Fly by Foo Fighters
Genre: Drama,Serious,Character Profile

Feedback appreciated! :)

Nice stuff, fairly dynamic and entertaining for an early work :)

Try to place your cuts more on beats or clashes of the song in the future to improve the synch ;)

Thanks. Were there any cuts in particular that stood out?
