problem adding favorite anime

I wanted to add .hack, but he wouldn't let me cuz he said i didnt gave a number... My best guess is he mixes up the normal names and synonims...

I don't know who "he" is, but the series is listed in the 'H' section. Actually, there's a whole slew of Hack entries in there...

Yes i tried it there and 'he' - is the site a she then? - said that i didn't gave it a number although i did... btw same happened when i did it at the ".hack" entry... someone knowing code should look at it

This is a known error that started back when they cleaned the database to get rid of duplicate 'false' anime entries. Notice that there are a dozen or so 'blue' hack titles - those are alias titles, you can't add those. You have to add the black ones. Still, sometimes you can't add *any* of the titles for the anime like this. And if you *do* get them added, you may have trouble removing them later (someone posted a solution to this bug, a search may turn it up - the thread is in this section).

Try adding the black hack title, if that doesn't work, experiment with the different entries (including the 'false' blue ones). Not much else you can do at this time.

I found out HOW! yay!

Check and number the non-aliased name, then number all of the aliased names (but don't check them). It worked for two anime I had trouble listing.
