The groups is called 'Live' and based on the description I'm guessing this is the video they are looking for. Whenever your talking FF, you should spicify which one if possible because there are a lot of them. 
You should also indicate that you have done a super search and found the video profile. A lot of Leet-speaking noobs come in here expecting people to run searches for them and they are often (quite justifiably IMO) flamed.
As for finding the vid, there's not much you can do beyond an e-mail. If it is an old classic you can probably get someone to send it to you or even host a copy for a bit. For a lesser known vid though, you might be out of luck.
You never know though, I once lost one of my favorite vids when I was just getting into the hobby and I finnally got a copy years later. Wasn't as good as I remembered it though.
