Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

JNV arises from its slumber - "Dont' Crush That Bubbleg

Post by RichLather » Wed Dec 29, 2004 12:16 am

This has actually been around for a few years, but I've only just now gotten off my ass and made a decent encode of it for distribution.

Windows Media 9, 720x480 (or slightly narrower, I cropped it a few pixels), 49MB.

It's Megadeth's "Crush 'Em" set to Bubblegum Crisis (the originals, not the newer ones). A bit fuzzy, but only because it's from a VHS dub. I'm still buying the DVDs so that I can remaster it digitally.

Come and get it, kids!

A little too violent for my tastes but it is nice to see you releasing more videos. :)

Yeah, my favorite old school cyberpunk anime paired with some fucking Metal, simply awesome .

I´ll be sure to get the digital remastered version cause the quality was the only thing I could complain about.

Can't guarantee that I'll stay around as long as I once did, but I can say that the video editing burnout I felt is past, in no small part because I bought a 200GB hard drive exclusively for captured video storage. Having only an 80GB drive for all progams and media just got too frustrating to manage.
