I'm really not, as far as I can see, as well as my friends, I'm pulling everything I can out of the tool possible, especially in regards to time table editing. It's a great program if I was editing illiterate and didn't know what is possible and if I was only interested in editing birthdays and first Christmas'. Which reminds me I need to convert mine from Betamax to DVD. Yeah, I don't see that happening.

The thing is, bum is more or less right. While WMM in a tool with a lot of limitations, some pretty impressive things can be done with it.

I know that things can be done with it, but I know of so much more I can do with Final Cut, I'm quite proud of the two AMV's I've done with WMM, the second isn't online yet due to my dial-up was sucking and wouldn't upload. My biggest problem is that I know that with WMM I can't expand to my full potential and creativity.

I agree with ben, WMM2 does have many limitations... :? I mean it's not bad or anything but I too think it's hindering me from using my full talent and potential... :x love it to death tho for being a decent program for free! :D ^_~

hey, yeah, thanks for agreeing with me, I hope to have finished the Advent Children trailer in a month or so, I'm using WMM and bringing out everything, I really like the colorchange thing, but I'm turning out 5 sec/hour so it's slow. Fast cuts are proving rather difficult, I'm using Look at Us by Sarina Paris. XD I love dancepop, it's very good in it's own right.

The only reason why i hate wmm is that it always gets glitches on MY computer...i dont know about u guys. It makes my computer crash sometimes, and if i double the speed of a clip, then double it again, it really messes up, especially when i save the movie file, it gets stuck. Also, you COULD still make great AMVs with wmm if you use it wisely.

I remember i used to screw around with WMM2 like years ago, cause i was bored. I have premiere and its doing me good right now ^^. Now if i could only get other programs to mask images....

Ok well, to prove that some videos can still be made incredibly by WMM2 here are complimentary videos that come free for reading this post.

There, check out someone who took a long time to *evolve* using WMM2,

I suggest you download his latest ones for obvious reasons.

WMM2 can make just about anything you want to make. You just have to have the skill and know what you are doing. Plus get around the safety features they put in.

Autosave is the biggest problem. If you are making a video with a lot of clips and edits, it will keep freezing up trying to auto-save it. All you have to do is turn it off and freezing is gone forever. Of course then you have to remember to save yourself, but DUH, you would have to be pretty dumb not to know that.

After that, its just watching videos out there and thinking, "I bet I could do that, if I tried this or this." Just use a little imagination. Sure it has its drawbacks, but I would never use the automatic feature to make videos. That's just lazy.
